Find the Rest I am Missing

Find the Rest Your Brain Is Missing

You’re Resting. Your Brain Isn’t.

A focused course for entrepreneurs and professionals who are making constant decisions, carrying more than their calendar shows, and trying to keep showing up well for work and people that matter.

In under an hour, you’ll identify the forms of rest your brain is missing and begin a six-minute daily practice that helps you recognize progress, reconnect your effort to purpose, and reclaim your attention for the work and people that depend on you.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what is affecting your capacity, which forms of rest are missing, and a practice you can begin using immediately.

You may be resting, but still feel like your brain is on.

You may be sleeping, taking breaks, and stepping away from work when you can, but still feel mentally crowded.

You may be building a business, serving clients, leading a team, teaching, caring for family, or holding responsibility that never fully appears on your calendar.

Even when you pause, your mind may still be tracking decisions, conversations, unfinished work, and what other people need from you.

That does not mean you are failing.

It may mean your brain is missing one or more forms of rest.

This course will help you identify them.

Inside the course, you’ll learn why not all exhaustion needs the same kind of support.

Inside the course, you’ll identify the forms of rest your brain is missing and learn the PointOne™ Method, a six-minute daily practice rooted in gratitude, regulation, and reflection.

The practice helps you:

  • Recognize what moved forward
  • Reconnect your effort to purpose
  • Pause during pressure
  • Close the day with what mattered, not only what remains unfinished

This course is for you if:

  • You are making constant decisions about what to prioritize, fix, postpone, create, change, or carry.
  • You experience cognitive overload even after sleeping or stepping away.

  • You are used to being the person others rely on.
  • Your work affects clients, students, customers, teams, family members, or other people who depend on you.
  • You want a simple practice that supports your capacity without becoming another complicated routine.

By the end of the course, you’ll have:

  • A clearer understanding of where decision fatigue is showing up.
  • A clearer picture of which forms of rest your brain is missing.
  • A six-minute daily practice you can begin using right away.
  • A seven-day tracker to help you begin without overthinking it.

Plus you will receive brain loving bonuses

Hi, I’m Chandani Patel Thompson

I’m the creator of the .1 Daily Gratitude Journal™, founder of Clarity Print Co.™, and a former practicing attorney.

I spent nearly two decades working in corporate legal departments, including 13 years as a practicing attorney, while also carrying the responsibilities of life outside of work.

I knew how to make decisions under pressure. What I didn’t yet understand was how much mental clarity and capacity I had been missing while operating in constant overdrive.

Therapy and other forms of support helped me in important ways, and the shift became clear after I began incorporating a consistent six-minute daily practice.

About sixty days into that practice, my executive coach was the first person to name the difference she was seeing in me. By ninety days, I understood how profound the benefits had become.

I was thinking more clearly and creating with greater capacity, and I could see how the practice helped me sustain the decision-making ability my work required.

I began to understand that I needed more than sleep or time away from work. I needed intentional forms of rest built into my actual life.

That experience became the foundation for the PointOne™ Method, the .1 Daily Gratitude Journal™, and Clarity Print Co.™, where I create analog tools and educational experiences for professionals carrying significant responsibility.

Inside this course, I’ll help you identify the forms of rest your brain is missing and begin a practice you can use immediately.
